Republican China Periodicals: This corpus represents a collaboration between the University of Chicago and the Chinese Periodical Database 全国报刊数据库 at the Shanghai Library (http://www.cnbksy.cn/). The corpus contains 72 periodicals (full run) from 1918-1949, approximately 1,500 issues, 24,000 individual articles, and over 100,000 pages. It consists primarily of cultural and literary periodicals, including 青年界, 文學週報, 現代, and 大眾文藝.
